P.S.  Today is the last day of spring break.  This past week I took advantage of the break and lack of responsibilities…  I spent time with family, caught up with girlfriends, attended a few fitness classes, fell asleep early and woke up late, went to the Caps last home game, and enjoyed the beautiful spring scenery!  And health wise, I felt fabulous all week- bloating, no cramps, and no pain…  If only spring break could last all spring 😉
