  1. Cottage cheese + peanut butter = amazing. Red bell peppers raw are the best!!! They are good cooked too. So dang expensive!!!

      Loving PB cottage cheese! And raw bell peppers dipped in cottage cheese with a little black pepper is also good 🙂 Red bell peppers at our local grocery store are only $1 [a steal]!

      • A couple weeks ago red peppers at WHOLE FOODS were only $1!! I bought seven. A red pepper a day keeps the doctor away ; ) That was a really good day!

    I came across your blog through “A Girl and her Mutt”. I am just starting to read your posts, and low and behold the first post I read is about Quinoa! It’s my favorite. I actually made Quinoa Stuffed Peppers the other night as well!
